The staff can be loud and rude when addressing residents. The staff rarely wear name tags so you don't name their names of what their titles are. They rarely identify themselves when answering the phones. Our loved one had a cell phone stolen and was later used to send text messages. Police spoke to the person who recieved the text message and confirmed it was an employee at Oakcreek. Administration stated that our loved one frequently left the phone around the nursing home and that it had been found in laundry many times and they stood firm that it had not been stolen until confirmed by police. Laudry staff confimed to us that they had never found phone in the laundry. Agree with above review 2 years later has gone from bad to worse.
