I have been dealing with Oak Ridge Nissan for several years and Josh has helped us each time. This is my 3rd purchase and I will continue to come here for my cars in the future. I don't trust car dealerships so when I met Josh and he was so helpful and honest with everything that when he won my trust for a sale person. BUYER BEWARE! Dealership lies to customers and lenders to get sale. Then harasses to sign new papers, does not have any financing approved but still refuses to take their car back & give back trade in, and even listed trade in for sale on website, even though they do NOT have title & per lending company can not get title because there is still a loan on it. The general manager, FRED WARD, lied to my face about the falsifying my income, has tried to bully me into signing new loan papers, told me he would NOT take the new car back and give back my trade-in, and made several threats about court and attorneys fighting it out. Don't do business with Oak Ridge Nissan, you just may be buying my trade in, a 2012 Nissan Versa SL, that has already had the transmission completely replaced & 2 more transmission leaks since then, and does not have a clean title. more

I have been to many of used car dealerships and car lots. But this one took the cake! I had the worse experience at this dealership, and not at the point of sale. I was told about a 30 day or 1,000 mile store warranty, apparently that was a lie. I do not reccomend this dealership to anyone, because Nissan of Oak Ridge does not stand behind their word. On a 0-5 scale I would rate them a -5. more
