I took my 32' Sony to Oak Parks, four months ago. They said they would look at it and give me a call the next day. I never got that call. The second day I called them, and was told they hadn't had a chance to look at it yet. After two weeks of my calling and usually getting the voice mail, I was finally told that my tcom board was bad. By this point I didnt even want to fix it anymore, but they said the part was already ordered and it would be in the next day. The next day no part came. A week and a half of waiting and the part finally came in. I was told it would be installed that day, and ready for pick up the next day. When i arrived at the shop the next day, i was told that they didn't get around to fixing my tv. i'm pretty technically inclined, so i figured i could probibly put the part in myself. when i asked for the tv and the part that i had already paid for, i was told that neither was even at the store. The tech said he would have them bring it in for me, and call when it could be picked up (could tell he was saying anything to get me out of the store). I call and go to the store every other day for a month constantly being told "it's coming", "there's nothing i can do". At that point they started pretending they had no idea who i was or that i had ever had a tv there! lawyers are getting involved as we speak. Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else, these guys are a joke.
