From the get-go I told them I would not sign any contract with an arbitration final clause. Second in-house meeting I was presented with a contract with such a clause. It was of their own creation and they could have waived it but chose not to, This group makes a big deal about being fiduciaries. What kind of fiduciary would insist that its clients sign away their legal rights? more
