Answer the phone! 12/28/2010

I've been calling for three days straight trying to set up electricity and water, but I'm out of state. Everytime I call I get a busy signal and when I do get through it tells me what the office hours are even when I call during office hours! I am beyond irritated that they cannot even turn the away message off for people to call if they need to set up utilities! I think they want the extra 40 dollars they charge for same day service, we wouldn't need same day service if they just answered the phones! more

i agree the employees are very patient and do everything they can to process customers requests, but i too also think oak grove needs online access like everyone else. it would be more easier for customers to pay on time, and it will save gas which is a big plus, and it would help the employees as well. oak grove needs catch with the times... thank you Pros: the employees are nice and helpful Cons: time consuming, wastes gas it's not convient more

Needs to upgrade 3/7/2008

It would be nice to have them on the internet, so that the customers can pay thier bill online like other companies. Pros: They are patient when it comes to paying your bill in the office Cons: Needs to start an online billing method more
