We have applications located on our property or I may mail you an application. We are HUD housing which is low income housing. We do not take section 8 vouchers. The rent for an apartment is based off of 30% your income as well as the required deposit. The rent can only be determined once your income is verified at time of being offered an apartment. The home is over 700 square feet w/ large bathroom, stove, refrigerator and closets for storage. We will pay the cost of water, trash and gas and you would pay the electric. Coin machine operated laundry facility is located on each floor for your convenience. A coordinator is provided; who offers food pantry, resident computer, scheduling transportation and much more.
