We've been going to Oak for Less since the mid to late nineties. We've bought entertainment centers, beds, and desks. Back when white wash furniture was big, we got it from there....

Very pleasant experience, very trustworthy people, quality product at an extremely fair price 5/30/2013

First of all, the people at Oak for Less are very personable. They are very nice people, very customer-service oriented. Michael called me to follow up when I initially called to inquire. He went out of his way to make sure that I was getting what I wanted at a very good price. When the product was mistakenly delivered to their store instead of my place, he and his wife delivered it to my home on their own time and effort. When I decided to add chairs to the set, the manufacturer turned out to be only an hour drive from my home and Oak for Less arranged for me to pick it up. They really went out of their way to provide good service. They seem like quality people and I've already told all my friends about them. more

We have gone to Oak for Less for 6 or 7 years. We have bought numerous book cases, headboards, and other things. We are very happy with the service. Just last week we got a fireplace TV stand unit delivered. more

Outstanding service. 5/1/2013

The wife and I went to their website, and we looked at the different items that we wanted. I sent an email and contacted them, and got a reply by the next morning. I made a phone call that afternoon, and we discussed what was in stock. The wife and I discussed what they had, then two days later we submitted the order. We had to go out of town, but they they held it for us while we were away. When we got back the items were ready, and they helped us load them into our pick-up. We dealt with Michael, he was super nice and very knowledgeable. more

Happy with custom-made order. 11/30/2012

We went into Oak for Less not knowing exactly what we wanted. We used up a lot of their time just figuring out what we wanted to do. Our idea turned into a more detailed drawing with lots of staff help. They were very patient in helping us figure out what we wanted to do. We're very happy with the final product. Even when we switched products, Suzanne was immediately offering us more options. We felt like they were really helpful. more

Pleased with the whole experience. 11/13/2012

I was very very pleased with the treatment, knowledge of the product, and quality of the product that was delivered. They didn't overstate what it was going to be. I am very pleased with the whole experience. I got an oak book case headboard for a king size bed. I have bought similar pieces in the past and the quality of this piece is superior. more

I was looking around for a platform bed, and also I was looking for a TV console. I came across them and gave them a call. They were very helpful, I decided I would order the TV console through them. Their product was very nice and very well made. It came within the time frame they said it would and we're very happy with what we received. Michael's service was very good. more

They are excellent. 11/7/2012

We went in for two separate orders. The first time we weren't sure what we wanted. We didn't get much pressure and were able to think. They showed us some options then gave us some space. We placed an order, pretty much what we got was a standard order, but I needed it really quick. So I begged to try to get them sooner than the normal time and was very pleased because they did. They got them to us two days before we needed them. I realized I had mis-measured, so I went back and ordered a few more things. We haven't received those yet but I didn't need a rush on that. I talked to Susan and Michael, and they were both wonderful. They were really helpful and didn't pressure me into anything. more

I've always been very satisfied with Oak for Less. I got a kitchen table from them a few years ago that looks very nice, and just recently I got my bedroom furniture through them. I was very happy with the gentleman that delivered the furniture, he was nice and worked fast. All I can say is good things about them. I'll do more business with them, I just wish they were closer! more

We received the product from Oak for Less in very good condition and earlier than expected. We are very pleased with the purchase, especially since it was made in the USA. We were thrilled with the whole process at Oak for Less. The furniture was excellent, was in excellent condition, delivery was excellent, and service was excellent. I can't say enough good things about it. I would definitely purchase from them again. more

We ordered a couple of oak pieces from Oak for Less. They were very efficient in getting the products. When they arrived, Michael helped me load them in my car. The pieces look fabulous. I will definitely go back and purchase from them again. more

Very pleased and would recommend them to other people 7/23/2012

We had been looking for quite a long time for some cabinets. We have light oak furniture and we were unable to find anything that matched. We walked in to Oak for Less and they had a whole show room with light oak furniture. The new cabinets look beautiful with our existing furniture. They have a nice selection. The cabinets we found did not have the type of door we wanted and they were actually able to modify them for us. When the cabinets were delivered they had forgotten to put the knobs on the doors as we had requested. They sent them back to the factory and it took a week to get them back, but we had no problem waiting. We also like that the furniture was made in America. The sales man, Michael, was very friendly and very helpful. He showed us what was available to meet our needs without being pushy. We actually bought another piece of furniture for a different room in the house. So, we ended up purchasing more than what we initially went in for. We're very satisfied with the experience. more

About three years ago we had bought a house near them. When we went to their store Michael was very very helpful. He listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction. We bought from him and the delivery went very well. They are prompt and stand behind their products. We have been back to buy from Michael a few times since then. He is very pleasant and does a great job. He remembers us even if we have not been back in a year. They are honest and we like to go back to their store. more

Goes over and beyond to help you!! 1/10/2012

The people at Oak for Less are very nice and friendly and I have already recommended them! I had a custom piece made. I like the lighter colored woods and was looking for a custom armoir to hold my blankets and quilts. The people at Oak for Less made a sketch of what I wanted and installed a wall unit. Even if I asked what I thought were silly questions, Oak for Less took me to heart and followed through. In fact, I need a couple pieces done by Oak for Less next month! Go and tell them what you're looking for! They work with you and bring out a notebook with what they can get for you. The products range from dark to light colors. Oak for Less goes over and beyond to help you. Michael was awesome! more

Excellent service. 11/4/2011

I think we've gotten two things from Oak For Less, so we contacted them twice. The first time, we ordered some night tables for the bedroom to match the existing bedroom suite. They did a really good job of getting the coloring of the wood and the finish to match. The second time was for cabinets for my husband's office. There was a problem with the shelving on that, but Oak For Less followed through with the builders to make sure they were repaired properly. more
