We are Baby Boomers wanting to down size and live the quiet life. Leaving our house and the city behind, we happened onto Oak Crest. We absolutely love living in our manufactured home! Thanks to our property manager, Amy, this community is very well maintained. We have a safe and secure environment, well-maintained landscaping and properties and good neighbors. LOVE TO LIVE IN THE COUNTRY? 12/17/2009

I moved here a few years ago to get out of the city. What attracted me to the community was how well kept it is. I moved from a place where the homes were unkept and I was embarrassed by my neighbors who never mowed their yards, used their decks as storage and their homes were falling apart. Finally Home 12/14/2009

Oak Crest is convenient to Houston and Pearland shopping yet still country. A quiet, well maintained community with caring management. Good value for the money. I've always lived in stick built homes until now and if I had known about Oak Crest several years ago I would have purchased here way back when. If you are looking for a ""home"" and ""safe community"" then give Oak Crest a look and form your own opinion. its the nicest around.big lots nice streets plenty of parking.and the person below this cutiepie fyi the maintenance men were not fired.good family place been here 3 years me and the family are very satisfied with the community.thanks Pros: nice pool real neat clubhouse more
