My experience at Oak Creek Dental was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and they made me feel comfortable. The staff ensured that they communicated to me step by step what they were going to be performing on me during my appointment. I am definitely going to continue to refer my family and friends to Oak Creek Dental. more

There are not enough words to express how I feel about the staff at Oak Creek Dental. Dr. McDuffee,AMAZING. Heather,AWESOME. Dixie, even though she is not a regular staff employee, SUPER AMAZING, FANTASTIC. Whwn I had mt crisis, everyone jumped into action. For that I am grateful. Did not mean to scare everyone.see all of you when I make my next appointment. more

I was treated with respect and not looked down for not being to the dentist. They created an action plan and I am on the road to better teeth and a healthier smile. They are on time with their appointments and are wiling to be flexible. Two thumbs way up!!! more

Above average to excellent 10/10/2011

Appointment was on time with no waiting. Dr Segnini is excellent at what he does. The dental assistants switches during the procedure, which I didn't like. I expect when I explain concerns at the beginning.... that the same assistant stays with me during the procedure..Other than the assistant issue, Dr. Segnini is excellent! Would highly recommend. more

From Doctors McDuffy and Segnini who show extraordinary patients, coupled with a wonderful sense of humor in explaining every procedure, in every detail. To the entire staff who graciously put up with my nonsense. It's been to date, the most pleasant, professional service I've encountered in many a year. I've FINALLY found a life time dentist! Oak Creek Dental is amazing and a true blessing! They take the time to help you understand your teeth, proper dental care and are extremely friendly. My 10 year old is no longer afraid of the dentist!! more

Check up and filling 9/30/2011

I am very pleased with the way my filling looks. I didn't realize how much nicer my smile would be... wish I had had it done long ago. Always a good experience to visit Oak Creek... everyone is very nice, always smiling, and friendly. Didn't feel a thing either - which is a giant plus! Thanks! more

What a Great Staff of Professional and Personable People! 9/29/2011

I went to this Dental office for the first time today. I could have never expected the excellent, kind, courteous, and professional experience that I received. I was given a beverage, told to take my time filling out the paperwork, had every phase of the appointment clearly explained to me and they were gentle with me during all of the procedures. I would recommend this over any dentist that I have ever gone to. You won't be disappointed! Thanks and keep up the great work! more

I have been going to Dr. McDuffee for 20 years with my husband and two children. The practice is well-run, as evidenced by the many long term employees who work there. Dr. McDuffee stays current with dental practices, constantly updating his procedures and services. I have always found the staff to be professional, warm, considerate and on time. more

Appointment started with no waiting. Staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and upbeat and I greatly appreciate the Dentist being available for weekend and evening appointments so I don't have to take time off from work. Job well done !:) more
