We started going here in July of 2011, they were in network and we discussed all cost up front. Even though they were in network they demanded full office visit cost up front and we would have to wait until our insurance issued them payments before they would refund us the difference between the office visit and our copay. Over two months went by before we got our initial evaluation appt refunded after being told it would be issued ""next"" week at least three time. Almost 4 MONTHS went by before I was able to get the remainer of our visits refunded. They filed them incorrectly and for some of the visits my insurance paid them as if out of network.\r

Did they care... Why would they.... They have full payment already... It's my problem not their's... Office manager and I had words. She was unproffessional and irresponsible. Multiple times I asked for refunds and it was always ""next week"" Physical Therapist seemed to be excellent from our experience however, they have literally the worst office management I have ever seen in any office. \r
