no, that guy was not just having a bad day, there is one man inparticular who is always rude and crude and needs to either get mandatory customer service training or be fired! as far as the store itself, they always have the parts i need and all of the other customer service employees are really nice. more

be carerful who you talk to at Kragens 5/18/2009

I went to this Kragen store, and was unpleasantly surprised by the "customer service". I was able to purchase what I needed, but I certainly would have preferred getting less attitude during the process. \r \r I'm sure they aren't all rude, and maybe the kid just had a bad day, but I'll be driving to another store whenever possible. more

Good Service 7/24/2006
