I just went in to purchase some brake lights for a minivan and the sales representative behind the counter (Joe) was wearing his wrinkled workshirt and nodded his head as if I were to interpret that as he was available to assist me. I told him I needed brake lights for a 2002 Pontiac Montana and he looked it up and told me the part number. I just looked at him and he took a deep breath and exhaled visciiusly starring at me as if I was supposed to get the part number and he was upset he had to. While returning he tossed the lightbulbs on the counter from about two feet back. I quickly picked them up to make sure he didn't damage them. He then told me the price and I was going to pay with debit and handed him my card and realized I had cash on hand so I quickly said I have cash and he grunted. I handed him the $5 and he threw my debit card to the side about a foot from where we were doing the cash-debit card exchange. I had bought a carburetor from them for my 1970 Dodge Dart. i took it home put it on the car and found out the needle valve was stuck and it had a bad float. So the next day i took it back and also found out it wasnt even the right carb for my car. the guy i talked to said i cant return it because i had already put it on the car, and come to find out the MANAGER of the place was the one that ordered the wrong part so of course this guy had to arque with me about that, saying i dont know what im talkin about and that the manager is a pro. it took me threatening to drag this kid across the counter to get my money back after 45mins of arguing NEVER GO THERE!! go to advance auto and talk to dave hes the parts pro there and will get you what you need! more
