a joke 6/18/2019

went in oreillys in quinlan today. i am usually a patient person but svc was a joke. three customers and just one girl behind counter, who seem to know nothing and care less. never seen a manager or any other employee. waited bout ten minutes and was never approached or helped at all. have been in mechanic field for 35 years all over country and have never seen such a joke. more

AMAZING!!! 12/5/2013

This O'Reilly's is the best auto store in town. They always go out of their way to help you. Ken is AMAZING!! He is always willing to help me everytime I go in and he even put on my new battery on my car for me!! more
