My wife and I just moved here from Seaside, Oregon for a fresh start and new opportunity. On our second day here our car broke down and needed a heater valve. Well, I'm not a mechanic nor do we have much money to get started up here. After figuring out what part we needed, we looked on the computer for the nearest parts store. We found O'reilly Auto Parts at the above address. We walked 28 blocks to it and met ""Reiko"". He looked up the part for us and had it in stock. When I asked the price, he said ""that will be $150.00"". We just about fainted, when he smiled and said ""just kidding, its only $19.99"". I then knew I like this guy because I have a sense of humor. Since we were on a tight budget we told him we also wanted to check the price across the street at another parts store. Reiko saved us the walk and looked it up on his computer and turned his screen around to show us it was the same price. Not only that, he went over how to install it and said to stop by later so he can check my work. We had also mentioned we were new in town and that we were looking for jobs. It turned out that Reiko and I had similar job experiences in the in the past, and he gave me a couple job leads to check out, which I did. What service above and beyond just selling me a part. I also want to mention the other staff members were just as friendly! You guys have a new loyal customer. Keep up the good work guys and thank you! A job well done!....Steve & Patricia Davis
