I went to Kragen last November and bought a headlight for my Prius. The serviceman even installed it for free. Thanks Kragen. In February, the same headlight burned out. When I returned to the store. I was told they had a 60-day return policy and would do nothing about it. I emailed O?Reilly?s, the parent company for Kragen, and my email was followed up by a phone call from corporate office. The gentleman responded by sending me a gift card for the amount I spent. You go Kragen. Thank you.
