Cheap parts, close to home 1/19/2009

My mechanic brother still sends me here for brakes all the time. Never met the old guy indicated in the other complaints, but I'm always there in the evenings and the guys have been very helpful. more

good parts place, not so professional salesperson 11/20/2008

Murray's Discount Auto Store in Eastlake, Ohio has a fairly good selection of auto parts and reasonable prices. However, there is one argumentative elderly salesman there in the mornings with white hair (as of Nov 2008) who always gives the customers and employees a hard time. He is also known to reprimand other employees in a derogatory manner in front of customers, which is very unprofessional. more

Very helpful, open late 7/10/2005

We are always running to this store to find miscellaneous parts for our cars, from oil filters to windshield wipers. They have it all, and their hours are great. Most of the time they're open until either 10:00 or midnight, so if you're in the middle of a late-night project and need something, you can run. They offer great sales and rebates, also, giving you everything you need to fill them out in your receipt. If you can't find something, they're very quick to help you. They tend to get busy on the weekends, but you're never in line too long because they keep things moving quickly. more
