I went to this store once and I was bought... Auto Zone is okay but when it comes to Customer service they are slacking big time... Yes they may have about 2 or 3 Items cheaper then O'reilly but that is about it... I have found cheaper prices and better quality Items for the most part at O'reilly's. Also, One major factor, They come out to your car and help Identify, Explain, and also Help Install the Part. more

Auto Parts 10/24/2005

As a woman, I hate when my husband sends me anywhere automotive to pick up a part for him. Anymore, O'Reillys is the only place I'll go. The guys are always friendly and very knowledgable and don't make me feel like an idiot when I try to describe what I need! Their prices are almost always cheaper than "the other guys" but I don't mind paying a little more every now and then to receive great customer service! more
