Great care 11/15/2013

We always come here for our car care because of the excellent service. Yesterday, I heard a loud noise come from my window area- drove directly here, and Dave diagnosed it as a broken cable line. He checked to be sure you had the part in order to get it repaired. Great service! more

Enthusiastic & very educated 11/6/2013

I recently purchased a New 2012 Buick Enclave from Ben Shoolin. I normally dislike purchasing cars, however, Ben made the experience as enjoyable as it could be. He was enthusiastic, very educated about the product and genuinely concerned about my happiness with the vehicle and my experience. I will go back to him for years to come and recommend him to anyone! more

I highly recommend 10/23/2013

The reason I started to come to O'Neil Buick is that Mike Dedicato, their Service Manager, was the Service Manager at Foy Buick in Jenkintown when Foy closed their business. Mike had gone to bat for me on a 1986 Buick Park Avenue that had transmission trouble just a few thousand miles over the warranty time. Mike contacted the zone manager for Buick and quickly had the OK to repair my car for no charge. I found that Mike was at O'Neil soon after that and started to come to O'Neil. We have purchased seven Buicks from O'Neil and have never been given a reason to be unsatisfied. Being a retired sales manager, I know a little about the sales profession and obviously so do the employees at O'Neil. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a Buick/GMC agency that you give O'Neil a try next time you are in the market. more

pleasure to deal with 8/27/2013

I needed an alignment on my 08 Buick LaCrosse, I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment, Mike D. told me to come ahead any time, I got there at 2:pm and I was immediately taken in and the work order was started, I was shown the waiting area which was very comfortable, and before I knew it the job was completed and I was on my way after paying a fair price for the job. Now to my surprise, my car which needed a wash was sparkling clean without asking. Mike was a pleasure to deal with, very professional, it reminded me of the Mercedes dealer I had in the past. Jim McDonald, I will take my car there whenever I'm in need of service. more

Our salesman, Frank, was the best! My wife wouldn't let me buy a car from anyone else. He goes way above and beyond and we feel he has our back. Also, the service dept. at O'Neil is so obviously better than where I bought my last car. We have recommended O'Neil to several of our friends. more

Your sales people are great! I deal with Ben and really like him, I also love Dave in the service department. The girls are great in the office too. O'Neil will keep me as a customer always and I will always recommend this place for buying a car. Thanks! more
