FIrst off, I've had major maxillofacial surgery that lasted over 3 years, many visits to dentists, 38 yrs. old , etc. and this was by far the absolute worst experience I've had at a doctors office! First visit was OK, discussed 3 root canals, doctor was focused on me, we seemed to be on board for a plan. Day of surgery: the doctor is watching TV the whole time he's working on my mouth! On the 3rd tooth, he was afraid he was going to drill out the other side so he stopped the root canal to refer me to a specialist. This is the only time he speaks to me directly - I felt like I was on an assembly line (not just with him but everyone there, only 1 hygienist ever seemed to care about me or my comfort)! Out of sorts from 3 root canals in front teeth, I go to leave --and even though discussed earlier-- they say they will not give me pain killers or penecilin to fight infection! 24 hours later, my lip and gum swell up and I'm rushing back to the doctor to put in a tube to give the infection someplace to go! No apology from the doctor, no meds - visit back they only gave me penecillin. In short, they do not take care of their patients!! Go anywhere but here! Turn off the TV""s and focus on your patients OMNI Dental!
Cons: unprofessional, not concerned with patients well being
