Olive Garden South Portland 10/15/2010

I was there for lunch today and it was awful! The carpet there is dirty and filthy and it smells grose! I can't believe that they keep carpet like that, it needs to be replaced immediately. I know it is family friendly, but it is not far for people who work there and for families to be there... I hope somebody is reading this and will do something. I know I wont go there any more, and posted on my FB page to spread the word. I want more people to know about it, so I am writing here as well. Big CIOs spend some money on hygiene of your business please! more

Olive Garden 4/16/2006

The olive garden is one of my favorite restaurants to visit. The food is fantastic and the service is usually great. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and you kind of feel like you have stepped into Italy for a brief moment. They always have a new dish to try or you can stick with the old classics such as the tour of Italy, or just have the soup, salad and bread sticks. Either way it is great and you will love it! more

Not a big fan 3/18/2006

I'll never understand the big attraction of the Olive Garden.The only reason I ever go there is because it's my mother's favorite place to eat.I have NEVER not had to wait at LEAST 20 minutes to get seated and to me the menu is severely limited.Seems like it's always the same old stuff.Sometimes with a new name but still the same.I don't find that it as cheap as people seem to think it is either.Whenever someone talks about the Olive Garden and I say that I don't like it I inevitable get this comment,"But they have all the salad you can eat!" HUH?Since when has salad become such a big deal?I guess I'll just never get it. more
