we went to Ocharleys on tue 04-01-2014 all I want to know is what happened to your food and your service have went down hill it was the worst I always loved to eat at Ocharleys but I do not thin I will be back and I am not the only one other people that work with me say the same thing. I took my Mother out to eat tonight at ocharleys. It was the worst meal. Everything was overcooked. Yuck. Free Pie didnt make up for it,yuck more

Terrible Terrible Terrible 10/14/2002

I just had the worst experience at O'Charlies... the service was rude... the waitress insulted my mother. This ruined a Reunion of family members that came from out of town far away. I will never set foot in an O'carhlies ever again. Never had I seen wait staff have such a negative disposition. I was afraid to eat my meal the way they were treating us. The management did not much care either. Pros: There are none! Cons: Rude Service, Incomplete Orders, Apathetic Management more

Come On In 8/28/2002

I have been to O' Charley's on many occasions and have enjoyed my time there. The atmosphere is always warm and very cheerful. The employees are very curteous. The food there is always delicious. The other thing that I like about O'Charley's is that they are very acceptant of having children in their estastablishment. I don't have any children but I have noticed everytime that I been there they are very open and ready to serve your needs. Pros: inexpensive, good parking, responds to children more
