I love this place. I feel so comfortable with the staff and especially Karri as my server. It was my first time going there about a month ago and Karri suggested the Louisiana Sirloin and let me tell you, it was so tender and she was right about getting it cooked medium-rare. So deleicious. You've got to try it. If you go to O'Charley's, i would definitely suggest to have Karri as your server because she is very friendly and knows what she is doing.
