Customer service is RUDE, If you are looking for a fair shake on an upgrade price - FORGET IT! These people are so full of themselves that they think they can charge 50%-75% for a product that has changed very little. I told them to lower the price to at least 25% and I might talk to them again. The product itself was catalogued poorly and had to be recatalogued properly at my own substantial expense which was actually double what I paid for the product. There are very few companies of this type and I am sure that they BANK on that when deciding their pricing structure. I recommend you to either ask for a FAIR upgrade price of between 10 and 25% or avoid using their service if possible.
