Me and my 9 yr old have enjoyed this pizza, the service and the atmosphere of the place.

Worst

tried the restaurant, but quickly realized it is not the same company that started NYPD Pizza's. Food poor, service poor. No where near the quality i am used to from my NYPD Pizza...

I moved here a few years ago from New York and have been trying to find good pizza ever since. NYPD is by far the best pizza in the valley. Go there! more

It's amazing what people believe. Importing their water? I'd like to see reciepts of that! Don't get me wrong, the pizza was okay. But not worth all the hype. I'll keep my little place in GIlbert on Warner/McQueen for the best NY pizza in the valley. more

Being from NYC I can be considered an expert on pizza... so leave the silverware in the draw, fold your slice and enjoy 2 or 3 slices with your hands... NYPD even holds up as a leftover, reheated unlike any other pizza west of the Hudson river. more

Reasons to move to Arizona 6/8/2005

This restaurant would be on my list of the top ten reasons to move to Arizona and my list has hundreds more. Everything about this dining experience is wonderful. Serice was marvelous. Everyone was so friendly and so accomodating. But still the most wonderful thing about NYPD was the food. Pizza to die for, great taste, unblievable crust and so much variety. We usually go with a large group and have tried so many different toppings and every one has been so delicious. The food here is so good - it's my favorite and Number One place to eat in Phoenix. I thank them for giving us an NYPD in Surprise. Pros: FOOD, SERVICE, VALUE more

I was seated very prompty, and service was very nice. There was never a time where I had to wait for anything. Thay always came by to see if I needed anything at all. I truly recommend NYPD. more

NYPD Pizza in Surprise 6/5/2005

My husband and I frequent the NYPD pizza house in Surprise, AZ frequently! We love the friendly survice and the terrific pizza that reminds me of home (Long Island, NY). I am on their email mailing list so I get coupons that make it even a better value! Pros: coupons on line, quality of food, friendly service Cons: weekend wait times more

Not only is thier pizza great, but I tried a calzone recently and it was awsome! I can never eat enough when I go. The food is soo good it's addicting! Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing more

My vote for the best pizza place in the US 6/4/2005

We used to go to Scottsdale and fell in love with the place - now we have our own NYPD in Surprise and life if GREAT. The management and staff are wihout a doubt the nicest, friendliest and most efficient we could ever expect. I don't care which pizza you order- this is perfection. The restaurant is not big enough so you might need a reservation ahead of time - but it is worth the wait. SPECTACULAR. Pros: great food, wonderful staff, inexpensive Cons: busy place, noisy more

They make you feel like family and the food is as good as grandma's.. My only disappointment is the food timing sometimes its abit busy and it throws the meal off. Pros: Friendly waitresses, Large booths, YUMMY FOOD Cons: Parking stinks more
