With a no refund policy why even consider shopping here. We had a terrible experience.

Some stores have a full refund policy, and some don't. It sounds reasonable to shop at a store that you can take back the item if you are not happy with it. Especially because jewelry can be very expensive. It certainly makes sense to have an expert appraise your jewelry. Just so you know some stores have as much as a 120 day full refund policy. more

I recently purchased a platinum bracelet from Ny Diamond Boutique, on Austin St. It was a anniversary gift for my boyfriend and he loved it ! At first i was shy to walk in, but the staff there was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They actually care about there customers. I wasnt pressured or uncomfortable at any point during my visit there. I give this boutique 5 stars all the way . more

Nowhere But Here ! 10/31/2011

Maybe backtothefuture was having a bad day when the review was submitted. My experience at NY Diamond Boutique was superb. The people who work there could not have been nicer or more helpful. I was a little concerned about buying a new diamond wedding band but their staff put me totally at ease. When I explained my budget limitations, they figured out a way to help me out. When we came to pick up the ring, we saw another we liked even better and they had no problem letting us make the exchange. This place and nowhere else for my jewelry needs. more

Great Place to go for a Gift 2/22/2011

I bought an anniversary gift here for my wife at NY Diamond Boutique, and she is a very picky person, but the staff was very friendly and helped me pick out the perfect diamond earrings for her. They Gift wrapped it. And even assured me that if she didn't like the piece that they would exchange it for me. I was impressed i must say. A great store NYDB. 5 stars! more

Good, fast service 10/24/2009

I had a sterling-silver ring that I wanted to have rhodium plated. No other jewelry shop in the neighborhood would do it, it's pretty clear to me because they believed plating sterling silver with rhodium was beneath them. So I walked into this shop, I asked if they would do it, they said yes without any hesitation, and I got my ring back in a matter of days, looking sparking new with rhodium plating.
