I have been a chef for 20 plus years, and in that time I have never had to deal with a worse linen rental company, hey NU WAY, you suck and I am sure you already know that. Do I really have to give you 1 star just to post this, You have not even earned that 1 star. more

Wish I could give negative stars... 9/4/2008

If I could give this place negative stars I would, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I talked to one girl named Selena who said one thing, then I talked to Cynthia who said another thing, then I was FINALLY able to get ahold of Jason who said that my pants were ready AFTER I had all ready ordered them TWICE and still had not received them....but guess what....they said they have them, went to pick them up and somehow they ""just don't have them"" WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS???? So I'm just waiting on another phone call from them which by the way I have yet to receive any of the calls they promised two weeks ago I've been the only one calling them. So good luck if you try to deal with these idiots. Pros: none...they're local? and the only place around here that sells white work pants Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! everything...and they have horrible communication between each other nobody knows what the other is talking about more
