I was terribly disappointed when I lost my molar. Even though the hole in my smile was not readily apparent to others, it was obvious to me. Under the best of circumstances, the implant process takes some time. Dr. Neshat and his team kept that time to a minimum. I was delighted with how quick, efficient and courteous Dr. Neshat and all his team members were. And the results were fabulous. I was sent to Dr. Neshat by my dentist Dr. Pratt. I was very depressed about my appearance due to the loss of teeth, and very anxious about coming for an implant and extraction. Dr. Neshat and staff were very king, and very calming for me. I didn’t feel a thing during my oral surgery. It was amazing. I had minor discomfort due the antibiotics, the usual numbness, and very minor soreness. But all went well, and I’m very grateful to Dr. Neshat and staff. more

Nice communication with patients. I am able to understand because they have a Spanish translator which makes me feel comfortable. When I first came I was sad and scared on the thought of extracting my teeth and now i feel much better because after all, I found a solution to my problem. I also liked how the Dr. himself called me up after surgery to make sure I was doing good. more

Dear Doctor Neshat: As one who has a perennial “white knuckle” approach to any matters of dental significance, it was with no small fear and trembling that I first entered your office. Fearing the worst, I was met with the best. The first to see your patients are the ones who will leave a lasting impression. Having been to many medical and dental offices during my lifetime, I must tell you that you have some of the most knowledgeable and welcoming staff that I have had the pleasure to deal with. They set me at ease from the beginning. Of course, being in the waiting room and being in THE CHAIR are obviously two different matters. Well, let me tell you that the first to greet me was Nina and she put me so much at ease that I thought: “Can it really be THIS easy?” Then you arrived with your assistant Laurie, apologized in advance if the Novocain needle caused any discomfort and then proceeded. When the Novocain set in, and you began the extraction, and I began to wonder “how long will this take?” you said “we’re done and it’s out”. Your professionalism, your competence, and your concern for your patient are exemplary. When you left, Laurie was just as professional and caring in her description of my post-operative duties. I can readily see why your office will never lack patients. I will refer anyone who needs dental work to Nu Image. more

The collaboration between yourself and Dr. ******* (I was slightly involved) has come to fruition this past week and I wanted to thank you for your part in it because I am very pleased. I appreciate you and your staff’s professionalism during my visits since I understand I was not a ‘usual case’. I asked for a specific outcome and you delivered which brings me to another point. I have always been aware that you were true to your promise but I never got around to expressing my gratitude. I was usually a little ‘keyed up’ before my procedure and when I was walking out after there were a few things I wanted to say but to be honest, “Thank You’ was not one of them.
