There was nothing unique about my experience. Katie doesn't know customer service nor does the owner. I asked Katie to put more blonde in my hair and she obviously didn't understand what I meant. She was going to charge me to do it again....LOL! Anyhoo I even went to another salon and everyone was surprised that they call it a touch up, it was nothing close to being touched up. Bottom line dont go hereeeee. Save your hard earned money.
