Fast and furious sales pitch, sounded great. Required billing up front ($2,500). Said work would be done timely. When project did not start on expected date, I had to call them. Was treated poorly and as if they had not heard of me. Check had already been cashed. I cooled off and they told me they would be out in a few days. The days passed and no work or call. Called back, same response, very little care. Re scheduled. They failed again, I told them they had not fullfilled their promise of delivering on service and goods purchased. Told them I wanted a refund (complete) and that they would not be doing any work to my home at this time. They said materials had been purchased and there would be no refund. Thats the story, I know I was wrong for not checking into them further for what happened, poor judgement on my part. Have learned and expensive lesson. Try to avoid the same mistake. Thanks PR
