After having a terrible experience with a pervious property manager, I had the good fortune of finding NRB. They are a very well staffed and professional company. I very much appreciate their prompt response in any circumstance. I often hear back within 30 mins via email. Leaving a voice mail message is never necessary as someone is always available to pick up the phone. NRB is always there for you. The screening process they provide is very thorough. NRB ensures not only the tenants are financially adequate but they also seek out good caretakers of your property. This mitigates any potential problems down the road and minimizes any concerns as you have. I have faith knowing my investments are well taken care of. Furthermore, I am very pleased with the vendors they use such as house keeping or appliance repair.The pricing is very reasonable without any compromise in quality of work done. In fact, you will be hard press to find someone else to do the job for less. As an investment owner of multiple units, I trust NRB to manage my properties. The management fees charged are extremely competitive and maximize my bottom line. All in all, I find NRB to be a vey honest company with exceptional customer service. I have confidence my investments are looked after with care. I am surprised to see the review left by the 3 soldiers. We just moved out and had no issues. We were in kind of a rush, so they had to clean the house and carpets for us, but we mowed the lawn and took care of everything else. During our lease, we never had a single issue. When something came up they took care of it quickly and there was no bickering. We would recommend them to anyone. Oh and by the way, we are also in the military. more

***RENTERS BEWARE***This "property management" company is a joke...Renters beware to not rent from these people. The owner "nash" will never remember who you are and is always late to any property inspections and if the property needs something, good luck trying to get him or anybody else over there to do anything about it. It took almost 4 months to get something something put up in our home and that was after calling at least once every 2 weeks to check on it. And, every time I called them, they couldn't remember me asking for anything. There were several fire hazards in the home that were brought to "Nash" and he failed to do anything about them and then when it comes time to move out to deploy he acts like nothing was ever said. False claims were made against me and 2 other tenants that rented a property through them about damages to the property that were there before we even moved in. Im sure they will reply to this and say a bunch of very untrue things to defend their reputation ( a crappy one at that )but take it from 3 military members that we will definitely get the word out about these people and make sure that nobody we know or anybody that reads this, will rent from these people. Oh and by the way, kiss your deposit goodbye and if you have a pet, the pet deposit won't cover any damages or cleaning as a result of a pet. more

A few of my friends use NRB and have nothing but good things to say. After doing our own research, we will be using them as well. Obviously Top Notch! more
