Novus Auto Glass is far from what I expected. Had my windshield replaced last year by Novus and this year by a different comany due to Novus' extremely poor cutomer service. The technician found the Novus windshield was not properly installed. Would NEVER reccomend this to anyone! Also, Steve Moore, is the owner of Novus, not Steam Master as he is pretending on here. Hard to trust a company like that. more

Professional, Quality Work and Affordable 3/9/2012

Great service...on at Saturday! 11/6/2011

I had to write a review, because Steve (the owner) came to our house over the weekend to do a chip repair and the window looks awesome. He even played with our kids and didn't mind them studying his every move while working on ""Mommy's Car"". Novus replaced a window on our Honda Accord a few years ago and it still looks perfect - Steve did that job too. Happy to have our window repaired heading into a long winter. more
