I have been going to Novopelle for a little over a year now and I have recommended this place to most of my friends. I have not been to a more comfortable and relaxing place than here. The Customer Service is excellent and the employees are very friendly and helpful. And honestly, the prices are great! I checked out a few other Laser Hair Removal places and they are way over priced compared to Novopelle. Also they weren't even as nice as Novopelle is. Overall I am completely satisfied with my results from my laser hair removal treatments and i recommend this place to everyone! more

This is the worst place ever. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Technicians are not trained on their job functions therefore seeing no hair loss removal. I would persistently talk to the techs and managers about how I wouldn't see any hair loss and they continued with false promises. They constantly switch staff members and management and will not take liability for a past employers/technisions. Quick to put the blame on someone else instead of taking ownership as a company. I talk to management about a problem and what they told me was quote: ""Sorry that person no longer work with us"". If you want to go to a place that can really talk you into their services but yet not meet there expectation's, this is the place! Cheap place, but you pay for what you get....bad services, bad results, bad experience!!! Only rated this place ONE star becauseit wouldnt let me rate any lower!!! more

Absolutely amazing. I've had my second treatment and haven't had to shave since. Best of all, the prices are unbelievably affordable (pricing I looked at in other places in Dallas was about 4 times more...). Pros: Price, Service, Location, Ambience more
