Novi -Motive Inc

I selected this shop because I needed Goodyear tires for my Mercedes Benz and this shop was closer to my home which had tires in stock. I took my car there but looks like they don't care if they need to put stuff back which they take off during repair. They changed tires but did not put tire stem caps on. My car had metallic cap but they did not put either of them back(Plastic which come with new tires and mine metallic). I called him and he responded " oh ok, I guess you did not have any ". I told him I had metallic and he casually looked around and found them scattered all over the floor. They took wheel center caps off to balance the tires but did not push them back properly so I lost one while driving back home. I called him again and he said they might be loose which they did not mention during tire replacement. I had to buy from my pocket. These are unprofessional, careless people who don't care about your car. When we take car to mechanic we assume he is going to inform us if we have any issues with the car and if we have to check everything after repair I will better stay away from such place. I will not recommend this shop to even my enemy. more

Bad: Everytime I brought my vehicles in there for a repair they always and I mean always seemed to find other parts of the car needing major repair and the bills were very, very large. I put up with that until they recently did the same darn thing to my daughter (who is a college student) and can't afford there nasty scheme. They lost a good customer here.. Improvements: Honesty.....However, It will never be found here. Other: I always noticed Michigan State Police cars in their lot and it makes me wonder if they screw them the same way they screw their regular customers. Which would mean we are getting it from that end also.. more
