Not only is the bread and the pastries at this bakery awesome, so is the coffee. When the weather is nice, there is nothing that I love better than sitting outside on Central Ave....

Worst

don't buy any wheat or grain as it will dry up in a day. Pros: good variety, use unbleached flour Cons: most types are VERY dry

Nova's Bakery has a great selection of tasty, crusty breads. This is not a place for cakes and pastries, although they do carry scones, croissants and best of all, chocolate filled croissants. It's the perfect place to go when hosting or attending a dinner party. Flavorful breads with rosemary, olives, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, you name it. more
