Just Purchased a Konica Minolta Bizhub C280 Color Printer/Copier/Scanner for our office. Think we made a great choice in machines. Love the programing from the pc. Still learning about machines functions but so far so good. Excellent service team. more

Great product and great service 11/16/2011

Our company has leased 10+ copiers from Novacopy in the previous 18 months. The printers have worked great in both functionality and reliability. We have them in three states and it is nice to know that I have one contact for any service related matters. I have price shopped the printers and Novacopy has proven to be extremely competitive. We will continue to consider Novacopy as a preferred vendor. more

Great Color 11/16/2011

We had switched from various types of copiers and copier companies in the past. Five years ago we went with Novacopy and purchased a Konica bizhub 500. We have had outstanding service and reliable equipment over the past five years; we would not even think of going anywhere else. We have been a customer of NovaCopy for 4 years. Davis Gordon, our Document Solutions Specialist, made our original purchase very easy. Their team of installers were prompt, professional and very thorough. The follow-up service was equally as good. 4 years later Davis is still our contact. Which says a lot for the company. We were contacted well in advance of our lease ending with instruction. This gave us the flexibility to make the best decision to meet current needs. Our new printer arrived promptly.
