Awesome rates for a 2 bedroom. Love living there although it gets a bit dull on the weekends, it keeps me out of trouble too.

The place is kept clean, on the daily, I see the people who work in the apartment cleaning/ vacuuming the hallways and communal areas. The trash bins are always emptied, and whenever I request maintenance like a clogged sink or burnt out light bulb, it's always fixed by the time I come home the next day. more

I just moved into Nova Apartments a few months ago. The rent is relatively lower than comparable apartments nearby by and the staff has been very easy to work with too. more

When we relocated to this complex a year ago, it was very nice and a great change of pace for us. The staff really cares about the tenants. If you need a repair or had a neighbor problem, they are not only helpful, but really follow through. more

Nova Pointe has made apartment living too easy! The maintenance is excellent, reliable and responsive. Most apartment repairs are addressed or completed within 24 to 72 hours. more

Would suggest living here 3/19/2012

I really like living at Nova Pointe for several reasons. The grass is kept very nice, the pool is kept clean as are the laundry facilities. The driveway is kept looking nice as well. If I ever have a problem or issue, the office is easy to communicate with and are always quickly on top of it. more

I have been living at Nova pointe, wow I guess over 5 years now. I moved here from out of state and planned on just living here for a short time, but I love my place and the area I live in so much that I never moved. My neighbors are great (most of them that is), the complex is always clean and I feel safe and sound at home. more

I love living at Nova Pointe! 1/24/2012

This has been an awesome complex for my roommate and I. The rent is fair, the place is always clean and the management has been very easy to work with. Anything we need, they have been more than willing to work with us. I hope we never move! more
