Leads are generated after you respond to a career opportunity by a purportedly unrelated job poster who then makes a ""courtesy referral"", sharing your contact information without permission.\r \r You are invited to contact Notus but if you fail to do so they will contact you.\r \r Unethical business practice in my estimation.\r more
