The best hidden secret in Glendale, so delish 8/2/2005

I've visited this restaurant many times esp. for birthday lunches w/the gang from work (we often reserve the banquet room) and the food was exceptional, Salmon Salad to die for the salmon was a bit crispy on the outside and so delicate and tender in the inside..the Chicken sandwich ""Panini"" was crazy good. But to my suprise on Weds nights there's a live International Band and Mediterean food, was a feast, the night scene at this place was so diff than the lunch one..you thought you were someplace completely different and the food was so delicious. Of most restaurants in Glendale, this had the freshest and highest of quality of Mid Eastern food and such portions !! On Thursday we went again and there was live jazz...this place is hopping, great food, trendy ambience yet home style feeling!! I soooo recommend this place...I know you will love it too. Good food 12/31/2003

We had dinner here a few weeks ago and it was great! I had the mushroom ravioli which was homemade and the sauce deliciously different. We shared a mixed greens salad with grilled vegetables which was outstanding. They serve olive tapenade with the bread instead of butter which was a nice surprise. Their house wine was a lovely complement. The service was very attentive and we even got a complimentary tiramisu which was delightful - and I don't even like dessert! average italian fare 2/7/2003

I read several positive reviews for Notte Luna so we for dinner last week and it was disappointing. The homemade pasta is good but the sauce is subpar. I had the mushroom ravioli which is made at the restaurant. It is tender but a little bland and the sauce tasted like it came out of jar. The salad is average and the parmesan cheese tasted like it came from a can. The service was OK and the atmosphere was simple but elegant. If you're looking for really good Italian food, I'd try someplace else. Pros: good homemade pasta Cons: bad sauce more

  • Notte Luna Restaurant Italian bistro is located in the south courtyard of the Glendale Exchange. Dishes on the menu include Cioppino, Salmone Pizza, BBQ Pollo Pizza, and Ravioli al funghi. Notte Luna's has quiet, secluded garden patio for diners who enjoy eating outside. Patio is surrounded by planter boxes and an awning to keep guests sheltered from the elements. Notte Luna is open Monday through Sunday.
