I went to the Notebook shop at the Irvine branch to buy Mother's Day promotion notebook on May 05 2010. When I called them 2 days ago, they said they didn't have the computers in stock and would let me know when it has been arrived. One day later, they called to tell me it was ready. \r
The next day I called them on my way over to make sure it was ready, however Mr. Joe Tarkeshian told me to go to the Cerritos branch for my Fujitsu and gave me their phone number. I explained to him they were supposed to reserve one laptop for me, but he did not listen. So I talked to Richard (he is one of few good men), who said it is ready for me.\r
When I tried to pick up my notebook, Mr. Joe Tarkeshian kept saying it is only for the Cerritos Branch, not Irvine. The advertisements I saw and brought did says ""All Branch Special Promotion, no exclusion"". When I asked about the 6 month no interest payment plan, which their ads said, Mr. Joe Tarkeshian said it is only for the Cerritos branch and asked me, cash or credit.\r
I knew he did not know the promotion, so I tried to explain that he should know the promotion. Suddenly, he pointed at me and yelled at me, ""Watch your mouth, if you do not stop I will kick you out of the store"" \r
Oh, my God! What did I say to him? I just told him that he should know about special promotion. I swear it. He said he did not have any information from corporation. Who cares?\r
I just look for the ads and don't know the relationship between him and the corporation. This occurred on 2:55 PM May 05 2010 on Wednesday. The reason I put the time is that whoever works the cooperation may review CCTV and watch his action to the customer. This is my second time buying notebook from Irvine Branch. \r
I am afraid he might be racist, even he did not say any discriminatory words. He did look down and insult his customer. That's what I feel. \r

Until I ask his business card, I did not know he was the manager of Irvine branch. That's why the two employees could not stop his impolite reaction to the customer.\r

What did I say to him? He was so aggresive and rude. He treated me like his bad son or bad employee. He insulted his valued returning customer. I will report him to the Better Business Bureau and let the consumer know about his rude attitude for his costumers. \r

I will never go back to them. \r
