Great fresh food, great place.... and to ensure great service, good management.\r

Great service comes when employees do their jobs to the high standards set by the establishment. Some employees get lazy, not performing up to these standards, and thinking about themselves first (tips, what they are doing after work, their boyfriends,etc.) and the customer/ establishment second. After repeated correction of an employee in an attempt to ensure good service, an owner may have to kick a little backside on occassion. Yes, it's unfortunate, but it's true. Never seen it, but sure could understand it. \r
