Before we knew about the new HARP program offered by Wells fargo, we were REALLY struggling to refinance our home because of the decline in property values. Nothing gets me more jazzed than a pleasant home mortgage lending experience (just kidding). Actually, I've had some experiences that were much more hassle than they were helpful. Gina Campos is my loan officer at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. While their office location is in Everett, the location doesn't matter because they do everything to come to you. Most matters are handled over the phone, all documentation gets shipped to you, it's easy to ship it out, and it's very straightforward and simple. On top of the processing steps that they've taken to minimize the trouble, Gina in particular is just one loan officer who does a fantastic job. She's always very well aware of their existing loan options, how they work, what would work best for your situation, the whole nine yards.
