I have used this company for over the last 10 years at various commercial buildings that I have ran and always get 1st class service and reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

Sewer Back Up 11/2/2018

Woke up with raw sewage in the bathtub. Called Norwalk/LaMirada and they were out within three hours. They cleaned out the pipes and then even cleaned the bathtub! So appreciative. Guys were extremely professional! This is our third time using Norwalk/LaMirada and we will continue to use them...... thanks guys! more

Very professional and courteous. 10/30/2018

We had another plumber come out and service our HVAC system and they told us that our units needed to be replaced. I called Norwalk-La Mirada Plumbing and Heating for a second opinion. Turns out our HVAC system is only 6 years old and in great shape. They were honest and I appreciated it. more

Faucets for washer 10/26/2018

Installation service reported the need for new faucets for our new washer. Norwalk repairman came on time and installed wonderful faucets. Job well done. more

Kitchen sink 8/27/2018

My kitchen sink was not draining properly and the garbage disposer stopped working. My daughter called Norwalk plumbing and a technician was near my area the issues was resolved and the job was handled promptly. The technician was quick to troubleshoot the stoppage and replace the disposal, works like a champ. more

Bathroom stoppage 8/27/2018

My bathtub was clogged, I called and explained the problem, from the time I called to when they arrived seemed like no time at all. The one young lady who took my call was courteous and provided prompt service. The young man was professional, courteous and well mannered, he cleaned up after the job was complete. I have recommended them my neighbors. more

Filing a small claims suit against their company 12/16/2017

Do not use this company. They caused $4000 damage to my home. Talked to Wes who refused to take accountability for the damage they caused. I paid another plumbing company to repair the damage they caused. Taking them to small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY more

Helpful and informative. 1/14/2014

I have used Norwalk-La Mirada Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning for several issues that other companies just couldn't seem to helped me with. I can't remember the technicians name but is was either Ryan or Brian. He is really great at problem solving and was able to fix my water softener after the water softener company couldn't figure it out. Every time he comes out he is so helpful and informative. I have a lot of confidence and trust in him and this company. They are a good operation and deserve all of the business they get! more

Very good 1/2/2014

I had two issues with them, they snaked the drain and they messed up the slab. Apart from that they were very straightaway and fast and I would not mind doing business with them in the future. more

Good experience 12/9/2013

Norwalk Plumbing and Heating and had to go under the house to get to a pipe that had a hole in it. He did a very good job. He did mention something about another hole in a pipe next to the dryer but didn't take any pictures to prove to me it was there. He said that there was lint trapped in and it could cause a fire. I would think that if you're telling a customer that you have to come back for an additional $150 fix, you would give them some proof but he didn't. The two guys that came out were very professional but I didn't like that part. more
