Northwood Presbyterian Child

I was a Northwood parent for 5 years and I must say that NPCCC has to be one of the best childcare centers that I have ever encountered. My daughter absolutely loved it when she went in at 5 years old, she is now 11 and wants to go back for their summer camp program. Their prices are reasonable for the school year and just as if not better taking into consideration the programs that are offered for the summer sessions. I relocated here from Brooklyn, New York 6 years ago and I wasn't sure what to do about before and after school care for my child - NPCCC opened their doors to me and made me feel like I was living in MD all my life. The staff is out of this world. The teachers are caring, wonderful, considerate, understanding, loving - there aren't enough words to describe the people or the extent that they will go to to make you and your child feel at home and at ease, and this is all coming from my daughter! The only reason she is no longer there is because the middle school that she now attends doesn't bus to and from NPCCC - but like I said she will be there for the Summer Program. more

Passing by Northwood Presbyterian Child Care everyday made me wonder if my little borther should try and be registered for day care. But I wasn't really too sure if it was real expensive like previous child day care centers I've been to, or if their were learning things as well as being tooken care of. Little did I know, my mom just had registered and told me that she just registered him and he'll be going their next week. I asked her, "Was the price affordable". She said to my surprise, "Oh yea!". I didn't even to ask her if they learned over there because I've passed by it before. So months and months after attending Northwood Presbyterian Child Care, my little brother has a very strong potential and can interact with his little friends and is MUCH more calmer than when he wasn't attending, instead of being wild. So if you live in the Silver Spring area, try out Northwood Presbyterian Child Care and you'll see a big change in you're child that is worth it. Take my word for it. more
