I am a 21 year old college student and I had my first exam ever with Dr. Charochak. She was very kind and explained everything that she was doing in order to make me more comfortable. She listened to my concerns and didn't use ""doctor talk"" when explaining the answers to my concerns. The nurse was very good at taking blood, she was quick and I didn't have any bruising after wards. The front office staff was very kind and clearly explained my benefits to me. The wait time for my appointment was maybe at the most 5 minutes. While Dr. Charochak did order more tests for me, she clearly explained the reasoning for each one(she wanted to make sure that my concerns were fully investigated). I would highly recommend Dr. Charochak, especially if this will be your first time with a gynecology doctor.
