We took a keyboard in to see if there was something wrong with it. They told us there was a switch on the keyboard we had not adjusted, they then proceeded to charge us an $80.00...

Be wary 4/1/2010

We took a keyboard in to see if there was something wrong with it. They told us there was a switch on the keyboard we had not adjusted, they then proceeded to charge us an $80.00 repair fee.??? This seemed unfair, but they charged us anyway. Be prepared to pay for what you do not know. more

Their techs were good and knowledgeable and helpful but the service was a little slow. I would highly recommend NW to any and everybody who needs work done on their piano or keyboard. They are busy though so it is not always fast but they do it right and know their stuff. more
