Service is not below average. Decent showroom. Desk is not car knowledgable but so what. They have a wide inventory but prices are extremely high. There are many other options for the same cars in Portland. Freeman's on Macadam or Front Row and Zach's on 82nd. more

I love Northwest Investment cars 1/13/2007

I have purchased over 50 cars from Northwest Investment cars Since 1993 and have found them to accommodate me always. Any issues I have had with any of the cars I have purchased, and that has been few and far between, were taken care of professionally. I shop there for the personal service, the wonderful inventory and class act atmosphere. I shop no where else because of this. This is truly a wonderful dealer for the niche car market of sport and luxury cars. more

Be carefule if you nbuy from nwicars.com 1/4/2007

bought a Porsche from Northwest Investment Cars 12/26 with was advertized to have a clean carfax. After car was paid for we checked and the carfax showed the car had a not so clean carfax! I took the car back 12/27 and asked for my money back and was told by Dan the GM he would not unwind the deal. 1/2 I called Mr. Fay and he told me if I did not come pick up the car he would charge me a storage fee and No he would not give me my money back. Their ad clearly said "Recent carfax is clean and shows only One Owner. This is a real UNclass auto retailer. I hope no one else gets BURNED by Northwest Investment Cars. and questions you should call the owner Mr. Fay as they are not a stand up dealership at all. more
