I can't say enough about this awesome studio. I have had Bill take our family pictures for years so when planning my daughters wedding he was our first choice. Again we were not disappointed! He made the day fun and comfortable. We also had the opportunity to have his assistant, Emily help out on our busy day and had such a great experience with her too. The two are always so profesional but yet make you feel like you are family. We recieved our pictures on disk within a week of the wedding and were so pleased! I have had many friends say they were the best ever! Thank you so much Bill and Emily for making our day so special. more

Bill did an awesome job of photography at my daughter's wedding! He was at our home for 5 hours and truly captured the essence of such a meaningful event. When I called to make the appointment for my daughters senior pictures they were helpful in working around my schedule. On picture day we placed our order for the package we wanted then a photographer took the inside pcitures with a variety of backrounds and clothing changes. The same day a different photographer met us for the outside pictures and they turned out great. Multiple settings and poses. This studio was great and my daughter is very pleased with the photos taken. I highly recommend this studio for senior pictures. Pros: great poses and price more

I really enjoyed my wedding experience with Northwest Images Photography. From the Spokane Wedding show, to picking up my pictures, I experienced nothing but great customer service and enthusiastic creative photography. As a bride, the wedding day can be a bit overwhelming, however, my photographer was wonderful. He was able to meet with me before-hand to discuss shots that were important to me and people that needed to be included in my pictures. The day of the wedding the photographer was more than 30 minutes early to set up and report to duty. I loved every posed position and natural shot that was taken the day of my wedding. The photographer was also very nice to all of my guests and was very familiar with the facility that both my wedding and reception were in. I highly suggest using Northwest Images Photography if you are looking for photos that you will treasure for a lifetime and that are way under priced for the quality. Their prices were outrages and I expected to get a great photographer but now I wish that I would have just had a friend take the pictures. The photographer kept winking at my husband which made him uncomfortable and the pictures all look the same. In their display room they show pictures that are creative and fun but we have a bunch of boring shots. I guess the only good thing that came of using them is that he actually showed up and we have a few pictures. I would keep looking before hiring these people. the photographer was very unprofessional. first i never recieved a call about when and where pictures would be taken and never got to see a sample of the pictures he had taken until about a week before the wedding, and when i saw them i was not impressed. all the pictures were tacky and exactly alike. at the wedding he treated us all like we were 6 years old and did everything but tell us to ""watch the birdie"".
