Dr. Rothschild is an amazing person and veterinarian. She is always available over the phone, facebook, text or email. She even takes my calls on her days off so I don't have to explain things all over again to one of the other vets. She has been taking care of my 2 horses since 2008. We have been through colic, laminitis, Cushings, choke, cuts and stitching, you name it! My whole family loves Dr. Rothschild she is friendly with all of them! She is more like a family member for us, having been there when we were stressed, crying, sad and even when putting one of my best friend's horse down. She is just an amazing professional and incredible knowledgeble and scary smart. I just love her and would not have anyone else touch my horses...\r If you are looking for an A+ horse vet you have found the best one! more

Wow! For almost two years I have used Northwest Equine, I have met and used each veterinarian at the clinic. My personal favorite is Dr. Rothschild; however, they are all amazing and each professional, knowledgable and personable to treat any horse! more

Northwest Equine has a great team from the office staff to the veterinarians, all of them are great! They are one of the practices with the most qualified equine veterinarians of the West side of the Sate including board certified specialists and operate with new equipment and cutting edge technologies when it comes to diagnostics and treatment options (digital radiography, shockwave therapy, stem cell therapy, IRAP, etc...) . The veterinarians are compassionate and always available for emergencies! You can rely on them and know that if you call they will come as soon as possible! I highly recommend them to anyone that loves their horse (s) and wants great customer service. more

I'd never met a vet who actually kisses his patients on the nose, but Bob does! He's extremely thorough, and takes the time to explain the diagnosis, care, prognosis, etc. Bob takes the time to come to the best diagnosis possible, and is great with patient follow-up. His warm and gentle demeanor puts both horse and human at ease. Pros: Extremely competent, kind, and compassionate Cons: Can't think of any more

Northwest Equine, particularly Dr Latimer has taken care of my horses for 14 years. He has consistantly been able to find, properly diagnose and treat lamenesses that other vets couldn't identify. He and his partners are thoughtful, kind and responsive in emergancies. I would not want to use anyone else. Pros: highest quality of care, uses most up to date technology Cons: it can take a while to get to elective proceedures more

Can I give an 11?? Pros: They WILL find and fix the problem Cons: Some people say they are more expensive-but not getting to bottom of things, and having to pay the bill-THAT'S Expensive! more
