Jake's crossfit program in Greenlake has changed the way I work out. I've been an athlete for my entire life. As an aging adult this has been the best way for me to stay fit....more fit than I've ever been. It's fast basic and everyone should be doing this workout. The staff is great. The are understanding of differing fitness levels (I've been to gyms before where the trainers are so hard core that they don't seem to understand us regular people). The best thing about the Greenlake Crossfit gym is that you can go almost any time of day and have personalized trainer attention. For those of you paying a personal trainer quit now and join crossfit. The best part is that you do what you can do for your level....and that's alright by everyone around you. You can be a total fitness nerd or an overweight mommy...everyone can fit in there.
Pros: Amazing Hard workout that is fast but killer
Cons: It's Hard. Very hard...but in a good way.
