I wouldn't give it 1 star.
Needed my laptop optical drive replaced. It took 5 trips and a month to get it back. That's 2 hr. round trips. At home, inserted brand new disk from Mac. Could not get it out. Drove to store. Tech couldn't remove the disk. It's almost 2 weeks later and I still don't have a date for getting my laptop back.
This is incompetence and irresponsibility at its worst!
I work from home. I need my laptop for meetings!
Pros: What good is cheap if the repair isn't done right?
Cons: How many weeks does it take to replace an optical drive?
